I am TheGuyWhoDancesOnCongress and my name is Brian Dahl. I dance at bars/nightclubs next to the DJ or on the dance floor. I’m always dancing with Positive Vibes Only and Power Of Positivity. My intent is to get people to relax and allow themselves to dance freely and have fun!

I also want to show people you can do anything you want to do but you actually have to do the work and put the time in. It won't always be easy but doing what you love makes a big different.
